From Christian religion, ( I am catholic and I didn't wait till marraige) But I am just wondering...from this religion, if couples aren't having sex, which is fine, what are they allowed to do? Are they not allowed to make the other person go, such as you know, four play and such? Only Kissing allowed? What is allowed? Because I'm thinking they are trying to stay pure, so, is it only kissing that is allowed?

well actually being christian, the people I know says it just pretty much kissing, there is actually a place in the bible that states that you are not suppossed to give oral sex, it doesnt say it in those words or that way but it says it, Im not sure where you could find it at, a lady that worked for my mom ( who by the way is really christian showed us a few years ago) So Im guessing kissing is all you can do, does is say something different in the catholic religion? My husband was raised in catholic religion and we had sex before marriage and 2 kids out of wedlock, idk, but yes in the christian religion and you are taught no four play and no sex before marriage,
hope this helps with your question

It's really an individual choice. Some couples will only kiss, some will only hold hands, and some will do everything but. I think the idea would be to keep away from "impure thoughts", so it would be best not to invite them in the first place. In that case, I would say no farther than kissing, and not "making out" either.

Christians also have different viewpoints on this. Some think that even kissing is too much, while others think that anything but full penetration is fine. The majority of Christians that I've met seem to think that kissing is fine, but anything beyond just kissing isn't thinking of your and your partner's best interest- indeed, trying to stay 'pure.'

There are so many deviations and variations on religious requirements for chastity regarding pre marital sex. True, there may be some who refrain for "purity", but there are a multitude of other reasons, all up to the individual. To find REAL and the most accurate answers, I reccommend visiting an OFFICIAL Catholic site.

I am christian and saving myself for marriage..
i think that kissing is probably the only thing i will do because other things lead to other things which lead to sex.. therefore to avoid gettin myself in that situation i will just keep it G rated lol...

I think that kissing and hugging (not groping, rubbing, etc) are the only things christian couples who are not engaging in premarital sex can do.

That's an answer the couple themselves have to decide. I don't think most religions try to insert themselves that much into the private affairs of their members.

my opinion is only go as far as you would feel comfortable with Christ seeing. If you wouldn't mind a peck on the cheek, go for it. If you wouldn't mind HIm (or your mother) watching you grope and rub each other, then go for it (although if you have no shame doing that, you may want to spend a little more time in church)

Nothing is allowed, no kissing, touching or petting. Hands off policy.

it differs with persons. But Realistically, Four play and even kissing(Not a peck), is dangerous because it can lead to more.
