God didn't create the garden of Eden for Adam and Eve.If he did exist which I doubt going by these answers. He actually created it for Adam and Lilith his first wife. Before you say she does not exist check your Dictionary of the Bible, under the Lilith, ''Screech owl'' ''Night Monster'' or ''Night Hag''

Been answered many times...Adam lived 930 years and had many children. Imagine how many children and grandchildren and great granchildren great cousins and so on...an entire civilization. The Bible did not name them all and many assume that there was only Abel and Caine and then Seth.

Check out Genesis 1:26-31 and then read Genesis 2:7-24. You will see that God had already made people before he made Adam and Eve. The difference is that Adam and Eve were His chosen people who were placed in a "special" garden that He made just for them. When they sinned against Him, He cast them out and forced them to live with all the other people that had been made before them. That's how there happened to be other people in the land of Nod when Cain got there.
Edit:
I find it quite titillating that I was able to answer this question more accurately than all the Christians ahead of me, and I'm a Pagan. Maybe that's because I took the time to read the entire Bible, twice, and to take a college Bible course. That is also the reason why I am no longer a Christian. The Bible is an interesting read to be sure, but it is not the word of God. If it were the word of God, then God would have to be one extremely confused psychopathic weirdo!

Back in the Old Testament people lived to be over 500 years old. It never states exactly how many people populated the earth during Adam & Eve's lifetime. Nor does it indicate that
Cain and Abel were their first offsprings. The Bible only tells of Seth, Abel and Cain because of their significance to the
history of mankind. Truly you could comprehend that if the Bible mentioned every minute, trivial detail of every minute, trivial person and event that's occurred between the Old and the New Testament the Bible would have had to have been written in hundreds and hundreds of volumes making it impossible to read all of it in anyone's lifetime.
Use your imagination; it's not important of where this tribe derived because people were commanded to marry then move away from their parents' house. I'd say, 500 years is plenty of time to start up a tribe, wouldn't you agree. But rest
assured...everyone originated from Adam and Eve.

Nod is East of Eden in the story. (Gen 4:16)
They didn't "come from" anywhere necessarily. He went to them. As far as their origins, I'm pretty sure Nod is not an actual place - much like Eden isn't. I don't recall it being a place we would study in any of the Scripture classes.
I do remember there seems to be some controversy around whether "The land of Nod" is a correct translation. Some argue the translation should be that Cane was cursed to wander the land.
There's my answer.

Adam and Eve lived a long life and had many children..these children went out on their own and formed different groups. All these children had children so there were a lot of people by the time Cain killed Abel.

The same place Cane came from. Adam. Also: read on and and see how many other children Adam and Eve had and how many children their children had, etc. etc. He would have been banished from many, many people.... all starting with Adam.

Do you stay up nights trying to come up with these things?
The Bible wasn't intended to provide every single detail of every person's life.....it would be so long that very few people would read it.
Gee, I can think of a lot of things you could accomplish with your life instead of silly games.
Praying to God and asking for a witness of the truthfulness of the Bible and of His Gospel would benefit you more than these questions that don't really have answers.
Have a good life....and good luck.
