Tell her someone called you a bum the other day cuz of how you looked.

First, tell her you want to look nice, especially since school is starting soon, but you understand that she has bills to pay, etc. Ask her opinion as to whether you can get a part time job to help finance your purchases...maybe she can put a certain amount toward purchasing clothes, and you can pay for anything that goes over. Then, go get yourself a job, show up on time, and put your time in. It'll be very satisfying when you pick out your new threads to know you paid for them yourself.

School is coming up, so you will need new clothes for school. The very best way to buy what you want is to get a job. Then ask if you pay half, will she pay half?

I know that working didn't actually occur to you, but yeah, that's how most people get things.

tell your mother that the school teacher told you that you cannot keep wearing old clothes cause too many people are talking about you and if you dont buy some new clothes they will suspend you for a week and a half.and it s important that you dont tell a bunch of different lies or she may now that it s true.if you need anything this is my email kimgatt96@yahoo.co.uk and msn kimgtt9@hotmail.com bye

Tell her school is coming and you need a fresh start, you dont want to wear the same cloths,if she buys herself cloths when your with her and she doesnt wanna buy you cloths tell her she doesnt deserve new cloths if you dont get new one either. She sounds cheap in my opinion.
If she doesnt buy you any, go to some thrift store and trade in your cloths and get other cloths, I would hate to do that but I went to one of those stores and they do have name brand stuff, some of there cloths are nice.

If you really need new clothes - you won't have to convince her. So you must not really need them.
