I would like for you to read this and then pack some stuff together that is the most important for you to have. You should take these things only:
personal hygene items
list of names and phone numbers of friends and family and school
clothes for only a week
personal diaries
personal information(such as school i.d,state i.d,etc,)
a picture of you and mom in happier times( this is going to be for counseling purposes only)
and one favorite stuffed animal (for you and you will need it)
After you have these things together, call the nearest relative that you have if possible and have them pick you up.
If not then look in the phone book under important numbers usually located in the front of the book. There are a number of places you can call to have someone arrange to meet you at a shelter or a safe house. An abuse hotline will automatically call the police and child services to meet you wherever you feel comfortable meeting them. You don't have to meet them at home and your mom doesnot have to know anything.
You can call them at any given time day or night at any hour.
You have obviously had enough and now it's your turn to stand up and tell your mom to "STOP!" GOOD LUCK HON AND THE BEST OF WISHES FOR YOU AND YOUR FUTURE. It won't be easy to start the mending but it will over time.Take care.
P.s. at the bottom of every question on answers, there is a caption that reads REPORT ABUSE. Click on that to instant information right away if you can't wait. It will take you right to where you need to go.

I have no idea where in this WHOLE WIDE WORLD your home is. There are different telephone numbers for social services in different jurisdictions. Maybe make an edit/comment and let us know where (which county, state, province, country, whatever) you live so we'll have a clue as to whether we can even help you. If you live in the United States, you may be able to find their number in the county or city section of the Blue Pages in your telephone directory.

If you are in the U.S. call 911, or go to one of your teachers or counselors at school. Most teachers/counselors are mandated to report to the authorities any abuse that has been brought to their attention. This way may be best, as you would be able to talk to the authorities at school, and not at your home with your mom close by. Good luck to you and I want to say I think you are very brave and smart to ask for help and to get yourself out of a bad situation. Tell the authorities everything that has happened, even any things that may be hard to talk about. They need to know all the things if they are going to help you.
