I think the scapegoats that the Bush administration identifies for its own failures include all of us who were against going into Iraq from the beginning. Other scapegoats include Hilary Clinton for being a truth teller and other truth tellers in this country. It's easy to make scapegoats if people believe the scapegoat blamers.

All I know is from past history of Bush and cronies.. they or he have never ever taken the blame for anything. The credit .. oh yes.. but never the blame. Everything i always someone Else's fault.

I think the scapegoat is the President. The congress (Democrats and Republicans) sent us there, not the president. He does not have the responsibility or authority in our government. Only Congress has that responsibility and power in our government. All the President can do is ask permission.

I know libs and the press don't want to hear this. They are good at changing the rules to fit themselves.

Would you be able to direct us to the speech you are referring to. Did the President directly put the blame for the failure of the war on the protesters. I am definitely not in agreement with him, but if possible I would like to read what he said in his own words. Thank you.
