ok...so i really dont drink coffee..but i just did...for like the first time in my life..and i just drank it really really fast...a whole cup at one time...i basicly just jugged it all...is that bad??/?

it's not bad, but it kind of defeats the purpose... a good coffee is best savored slowly.

Considering there is a coffee shop on just about every corner of every town, I hardly think you have anything to be concerned about. I would be a little concerned about your common sense as I believe you chugged the coffee not "jugged".

2-3 super/week. was various cups/day, yet I grew to become proof against the effects. Switched to eco-friendly tea - in good shape and that i'm able to delight in a effective caffeine buzz as quickly as I periodically have some coffee.

No, your fine. But a coffee is best sipped and savored. But yeah its not bad.

if the coffee was super hot, you might burn your tongue, mouth, or throat. If it was slightly warm or cool, then chugging or jugging it is not bad.
