I'd say leave a 25% tip if you very satisfied with the service and the meal. Make it easy, round up to the whole dollar.
25% of $80 would be $20.
That's reasonable, to me, for a good evening, regardless of the restaurant. Quality of service is what counts.

In general, take 10% of the total bill and double it....20% is what you should leave. In your case with $79.60...
10% would be $7.96
double that and get= $15.92
