If he can transform himself into an angel of light, then I guess he can perform miracles.

not good miracles but bad ones. He is the God of this World. and that is why the world is the way it is. God is still the god of all but he has allowed the devil to have a bit of power for a little while. it may not even be miracles but illusions

Yes....... The Bible says that satan will decieve with strong dilusions and miracles.
Matthew 24:24

He can do "copy" miracles. Kinda like the kind the magicians use, but they're not authentic because they CAN be duplicated by the natural.

Why did God say to try the spirit and make sure it be of God and he said there would be a seducing spirit that would even try to decieve even the elect of God that is why we have to be close to God.

there is no devil - so no. Plus, there's no proof there is a devil or that he has done anything.
