Does this question have a proper grammatical syntax?

Or do you mean to ask "Can indians depend upon english as a language?"

or " Are indians depending on english language?"

or " Can Indians depend on english language(for . . . ) ?

Yes. Almost 90%. Without english we can not communicate. Without english,we can not get a good job n without english we can not use computers. U can see that on yahoo answers u also ask questions in english n get answers in english.

Every one has to depend on one language or other for communication.

The language depends on the person or part of the world with which you have to communicate or negotiate.

No one depends on any single language but depends on necessity.

no, although they know English and trying to teach their children English still they love their mother tongue.
