only by lowering your body fat percentage which you achieve by cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min and healthy diet -small meals every 2-3 hours (thats 5-6 small meals a day)
sit ups and crunches only build muscle, they do not burn fat so you get sexy abs UNDERneath the layer of fat and nobody gets to see them.

Very low body fat (cardio and low fat diet), flat stomach (pull it in, hold it in), crunches, sitbacks, trunk twists.
