According to Dreamcrowd:
To dream that you are dreaming, signifies your emotional state. You are excessively worried and fearful about a situation or circumstance that you are going through.
To see a ceiling in your dream, represents a mental or spiritual perspective. It may also symbolize the limit you have set for yourself.
To see something old in your dream, suggests that there is something in your life that you need to replace or get rid of. Alternatively, there may be something in the past that you need to incorporate into your current life.
To dream that you are wearing a wig, symbolizes deception, false impressions and falsehood. You may be taking on other people's ideas and opinions and trying to pass them off as your own. You are not being true to your own beliefs. You need to start thinking for yourself. To dream that you lose a wig, indicates that you have completely lost your mind.
Carl Jung said that the wise old man is the "archetype of the spirit" and the "speaking fountainhead of the soul." Dreaming about him may attempt to bring the dreamer into awareness of the larger meaning of ones life. Old people in dreams represent wisdom and maturity. They may appear in our dreams at times of confusion and lack of direction, or when we need consultation and help in decision-making. See also: Aging
To dream that you are hurt, signifies wounded emotions or feelings that you may have suppressed. You need to address these feelings in order to properly heal.
To see your own family in your dream, represents security, warmth and love. Consider also the significance of a particular family member or the relationship you have with them.

You probably don't have much to worry about, as dreams can be based on things you have seen in your day to day activities. Perhaps you saw a horror movie and your mind is basing it on that. However, if you keep having the dream for like weeks then you may want to be a little suspicious. You're going to think I'm nuts when I say this but my mother, grandmother, sister, AND myself all have had dreams that actually happen. For me, I usually get the feeling of deja vu right before the moment happens that I saw in a dream. I know, it sounds crazy, but it's true. Anyway, I'm sure you have nothing to worry about, it could be recurring simply because you're so worried about it and dwelling on it, so therefore it never leaves your head and you keep dreaming about it.

I think It means that you greatly fear the loss of the welfare of your family and friend. Your are torn inside because to combat/resolve this fear you have to sacrifice something else. You are in a much better position to fill in the blanks of what I wrote above. The best way to do so is to identify what exactly you felt before the rape. Feel what you felt again and after that, ask yourself at what point in the past (or it might again happen in the future) did you feel those same feelings.

wow, I have weird dreams like that also. I don't really know though. I can remember one dream where the rape happened and about halfway through i started liking it. anyway, I woke up feeling rotten and couldn't talk to anyone without them saying "Are you alright". A friend of mine told me that means you have a rape fantasy so maybe if you role play it or something you will stop dreaming about it. I'm sorry if that makes no sense. I don't really know how to explain it.

You may have been exposed to a scary thought, or perhaps an image. No one is safe from these dreams, everyone has had a bad or scaring dream once in their life. Dreams really do not mean anything, unless they relate to a topic your life has been running over constantly, the brain usually has the answers, but it doesn't come out instantly.

To dream that you have been raped, suggests a sadistic expression of sexual desire. You may be expressing an unconscious desire to be violated, conquered, or forced into forbidden territory. It also indicates vengeful feelings toward the opposite sex. Alternatively, it suggests that you are feeling violated in some way. Something or someone is jeopardizing your self-esteem and emotional well-being. Dreams of rape are also common for those who were actually raped in their waking life.

Rape is a power trip is there something bothering you that you dont feel in control. An issue in your life not resolved?Dreams are usually not literal so take a good look at your life and see if you have a problem.

sounds like a nightmare to me..if this keeps coming back over and over again..it could be something that has happened in the past..maybe when you were a young child..or maybe you are just afraid of people taking advantage of you..or hurting you..and there is something deeper..or i could be freaking you out for nothing..and it could just be a dream..i wouldn;t worry..but if it keeps happening for like weeks straight..it would be a good idea to talk to someone about this..possibly a counselor. well good luck..
