I do some periodically, not often enough. It improves circulation to facial muscles, reduces wrinkling somewhat. I'm never consistent enough for long term.

My daughter's voice teacher does some, and looks 15 years younger than she is. She also always stays out of the sun.

I guess they are supposed to keep the muscles "tight," but you really don't see a fitness center with a face-lifting room! I think there is a very, very limited chance they work.

Ive heard about one to make your double chin go away. Basically it`s really easy, you just move your jaw up and down and tighten your face muscles while doing it.

And yeah I think it works,

It depends most escersises stretsch out your face and pull some muscles.
