I practice as a solitary, which means that what I do will probably be different from those who practice in a group or coven setting, but on a purely physical level: basically I have an altar where I honor the God and Goddess; I celebrate the eight Sabbats on the Wheel of the Year and the cycle of death and rebirth that happens in nature; on full or new moons I may do a ritual to honor and attune with the lunar cycle (and the Goddess aspect embodied in it). I will also occasionally do spellwork, but not that often.
On a spiritual level, I enjoy walking in the sunshine (though the 100+ degree heat we sometimes get here makes it uncomfortable at times!) and feeling the energy of the sun (and the God aspect embodied in it), ditto walking in the moonlight at night. I also see or feel the energy of the Divine in the breeze of the air; in the water coursing through a stream or crashing on the shore; in the woods by the river; in the flicker of a candle flame.
On a lifelong basis, I'm not as ritualistic as some, but I try to recognize the presence of the Divine on a daily basis in the world around me. I also try to live by the guiding principles of "Harm None", as well as the Threefold Law of Return - what energy you send out, for good or ill, is returned to you threefold, which is very much a "as you reap, so shall you sow" idea. It doesn't mean that I'll always be able to do the right thing, and "Harm None" does not equate to "Be a victim". But it means that I try to do the best I can, and that I need to be cognizant of the repercussions of my actions.
I don't believe that there's someone sitting up there with a "naughty or nice" list and is keeping score - I believe that my actions affect the energy of the universe, and that those effects cause returns to me. However, in a human attempt to be able to "connect with" those energies in a way I can relate to, I may look to some of the God/dess aspects as "embodiments" of those energies. For example, I sometimes look to Nemesis as a way of remembering that if someone is being a jerk or hurting people or animals (I also work with animal rescue, and some of the people out there make me sick... =/ ), it's not right for ME to do something to them (i.e. beat the snot out of them no matter how desperately I would want to, or do a spell, or whatever), but I can ask that She distribute divine retribution in whatever way She sees fit. (Would that kind of be like "Let go and let God"?)
I got kinda rambly on that, I'm sorry... =/

WelI I say thanks for my meals, a sort of Pagan 'Grace'. We truly are lucky to have the food we eat, so I also try the concept of eating mindfully.
And including something interconnected in your daily life can also be a big help. Playing with a pet or gardening, for instance.
One other thing that really jolts me from the autopilot-like drone of daly life is prayer. Every day when I take my walk, I pass by this one oak tree. It's sort of a reminder to take a moment, smell the roses, and pray. When I am with friends at a park or something and we pass an oak tree, I can help but smile inwardly.

I admit I am crushed for time right now. I'm in school six nights a week and have three kids under five to take care of during the day . LOL
I do what I can. I notice the sunset. I stop and take in the rain an the rainbow. I try to cast circle and meditate at night, but I admit to falling asleep with it sometimes. You just do what you can. The Gods are always with you.
