Yes, overall. The whites are full of protein, but the yolk is high in cholesterol. Just don't overdo it. I'd recomend just eating the whites.

An excellent source of protein.
Two Eggland's Best eggs have about 160 calories.
Fried in a healthy oil, like pure Canola oil, with a couple of pieces of high fiber toast, and you have a very healthy, satisfying breakfast, for probably less than four hundred calories.
Get egg beaters and it's even better. Topped with some shredded non-fat cheese, and some salsa, a great breakfast (or lunch or snack for that matter), healthy, satisfying.
The traditional cereal and milk is not generally a good choice. All carbs, not much protein, you will generally get hungry a lot sooner.
Some cereals have as much calories in a serving as do two real eggs.

A hard boiled egg is always easy and great for you for breakfast. It gives you a good boost in the morning and good amount of protein.

They're good as long as you don't take it to an extream. Eating a lot of eggs every day will put your cholesterol through the roof.

Yes eggs are very healthy unless you are allergic to them. They are perfect balance of carbs and fat. I use to eat them almost every morning then found out I am allergic to them. Too bad.

Eggs are not bad for you, but the yoke is loaded with cholesteral. The best way to have eggs is to seperate the yoke and just have egg whites. They are loaded with protein and vitamins. But please, don't fry them, hard boiled are much more healthy.

Excellent protein-don't prepare with a lot of added fat. Current recommendation is not over four/week.
