At my neighborhood bookstore, the NYU junior behind the counter answered with a 'Duuuuuuuuu'?

Richard Dawkins, author of The God Delusion, has several wonderful books. Check the wikipedia (or amazon.com) for an overview.

Adults? So we are to believe that "fundies" are immature or lacking in brain power? Or is it that you can not answer their questions about the holes in the theory that you put your eternal hope in?

Maybe you have grown up in the last several years and can cope with the tough going. Try O of S again. Maybe you can cope now.

Try not to put down "fundies" and look at their answers, We may surprise with our grasp of evolution / science / life and hope. Just like evolutionists, there is a whole range of abiliuties, interests and beliefs in the conglomerate you call "fundies".

No, the original is usually the best. Charles Darwin was a man ahead of his time, and in a lot of ways, still is, although his brand of evolution is not entirely correct in that everything is random, everything still got a helping hand from God, including the START of life, and the eventual crowning glory of the evolution of His creation, the Human Being, as children of God.

You'll find it at your local big box book store, or on Amazon.

Why is this question on R+S if you do not want to hear from the "fundies"?
