your working out daily and you notice your are getting flabby. does the body get flabby prior to losing weight

I know that when I started on a low fat/calorie diet, I just plain lost weight, and when I started aerobics (I was not large when I started), I didn't really lose any weight at all, but I never got flabbier. Maybe you're just getting softer? THAT has happened to me. I gained weight once, my tummy got kind of tight in the bad kind of way, so I lost weight and it got squishy again, then smaller. Hope this helps!
