First off, there is a very specific reason that this is in the immigration section. Secondly, I am not against immigration...but there is no longer LOYALTY to the USA, the Constitution or her flag any longer...if there was, then people would stand up for obeying ALL of her laws and not only pick and choose which ones that they want to follow.

You can't have it both ways.

And YES, this is a simple yes or no answer.

Yes, and the next to last time was in the days following 9-11. All across the US, people were united in outrage and horror at the atrocities committed against our sovereignty. I saw unity a month ago as the majority rose up in one voice and said no to shamnesty, an opposition composed of all skin colors. Proud Americans still stand up for the law.
The difference between terrorists attacks and the invasion of illegal aliens into our nation is distinct. Terrorists hit us with a giant 'sucker-punch' as the song says, and caught our attention in an instant. Illegal aliens have tried to stay under the radar for the most part, like most law-breakers do to try to avoid detection. It was their flagrant 'in your face' ranting, flag-desecrating demonstrations that caught the attention of many Americans who find it appalling. I will not validate their actions as political protest, for that is right reserved for citizens.

Yes, not only were we unified before those 60's communists had to 'change the world' but you sure didn't see the disgusting news stories of all the families murdering their spouses, themselves, and their children (born and un-born).

Civilized and unified - that was when this country was great; what we live in now is a different country.

No its not a simple yes or no ! We have the Freedom of Choice, like all the freedoms our Constitution grants us, we
must obey certain laws. The rights and privledges we as
legal citizens have were earned by the blood of our fore-
fathers and past down to us, not to be taken lightly, but with
pride even in diversity. We cannot be told that we can or
cannot agree, for this country,"The U.S.A.", was built out of
a Revolution.

No. That is an idealist viewpoint. When exactly was this? During the civil war, or during the segregation of the 50s and 60s? During Rodney King, Reginald Denny, and, OJ? Or, was it when the Vietnam War veterans were returning to be spat upon?

This country has always thrived on differences, and, the great first amendment that has given us the option to explore our differences!
