Do you mean sinusitis...as in sinus infection? If so, first, it can be viral, bacterial or fungal.

Symptoms include:
headache
sore throat
nasal congestion
a cough that is worse at night
fever
bad breath
fatigue
just not feeling well

The typical symptoms usually follow a cold...particularly one that doesn't get better or gets worse after a week.
