chewing gum will tone the masseter and other mastication muscles.
People think that working the muscle under the fat, will help lose the fat. What really happens is the person starts working out, which reduces fat and the muscle becomes more toned. If enough fat is lost, more tone muscle can be seen.
Since chewing gum requires hundreds or thousands of repititions, I would think you are only toning, therefore not increasing its bulk.

since we cant spot reduce body fat only overall fat loss will reduce the layer of fat on your face (cardio and healthy diet)
chewing gum will only work on your facial muscles which will make your cheeks look bigger because there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat.
