No. Don't be ridiculous. A scapular is a sacramental...it's not magic and it gets you nowhere. If it is worn...it should be a symbol of Christ's yoke - and your devotion to Him.
Where do people get this stuff???

Yes, you will according to the promise of Our Lady. Once enrolled (enrollment explained below) wear the Brown Scapular of Carmel around your shoulders and under your clothes. At Fatima, the Mother of God emphasized the vital importance of the daily recitation of the Rosary and signalled Her desire that all Catholics wear the Brown Scapular as a visible sign of their devotion. The Scapular consists of two small pieces of brown wool connected by string and worn over the shoulders. The Scapular must be brown, rectangular in shape and made of 100 percent lamb's wool (symbolic of Jesus, the Lamb of God). The strings connecting the pieces of wool may be of any color or material and pictures on the scapulars are optional. The Scapular must, however, be worn over the shoulders, one part in front and one in back.
The Scapular devotion was born on July 16, 1251 when Our Blessed Mother appeared to St. Simon Stock, general of the Carmelite Order, in response to his heartfelt prayers for assistance. Holding the Scapular before him, Our Lady spoke, saying:
"Take this Scapular. Whosoever dies wearing it shall not suffer eternal fire. It shall be a sign of salvation, a protection in danger and pledge of peace."
This great promise was further magnified some eighty years later when the Queen of Heaven appeared to Jean Drèze (later Pope John XXII) and told him that "those who have been invested with this Holy Habit will be delivered from Purgatory the first Saturday after their deaths." This great secondary promise attached to the Scapular is called the Sabbatine (Saturday) Privilege and is based on a decree issued by John XXII in 1322 (and re-confirmed 400 years later by Pope Paul V).
To obtain the fullest possible benefits from the Brown Scapular devotion, one must be validly invested (sometimes called "enrolled") in the Brown Scapular by a priest who possesses the faculties (usually a Carmelite, Dominican or Franciscan), using a scapular blessed by the same or any other priest. After proper enrollment in the Scapular, a person need not have subsequent scapulars blessed. Once enrolled you are enrolled until death

"If you wear a scapular will you go to heaven by roman catholic beliefs?" - No - ONLY GOD decides who enters heaven. Wearing certain cloths has never been documented as helping.
RC has a set structure of beliefs on gaining heaven reward - check Vatican site.
"Also how do i wear it?" Under your cloths so no one knows your wearing it. Very quietly and being respectful keep it clean and say prayers that make you comfortable before putting it back on, and taking it off, (short prayer of thanks). Find the various colors and rites and mix and match for your own compatibility. I wore plain brown with the green one sown together, and was very comfortable. Many will insist on following rules, so I can not help here - as rules on a personal path is weird. There are many colors and reasons for them, though. Interesting research. Sorry, I can't force you to pick a path.

Wearing something, a medal or a scapular, does not guarantee a person does to heaven. You have to live a life of faith in God.
How you wear the scapular depends on what kind it is. There is the brown scapular, probably the most common, but also the blue.

No
That would be a superstitious and even impious misuse of a sacramental.
If one wears the brown scapular of Our Lady of Mt Carmel and lives in unrepented mortal sin all he gets is scandal and sacrilege.
Wearing the scapular is a sign of consecration of oneself to God in Christ in imitation of and union with Mary our Mother in the Family of Christ.
The Scapular is worn around the neck with one tab on the chest and one on the back. It is usually worn under the shirt or blouse.
There are many types of scapular: green of the sick, red for the passion and others

The Brown Scapular is meant to be your Golden value tag to heaven, yet it extremely is a sprint stupid, do not you think of of? i think of of it extremely is presumed that once you're donning a Brown Scapular you reside a marginally committed lifestyles besides -- so as that enables. in spite of the user-friendly reality that, on the top of the day, in basic terms God judges us -- and no human in the international can wager how God judges -- and so which you will anticipate something approximately his judgments is erroneous. the only detraction from the secret of His judgments is that of martyrs, or Saints. Saints are each and every physique who's in heaven -- whether we don't be attentive to their names. Canonized Saints have had miracles attributed to them. it extremely is why the Canonization technique takes see you later . . . by using reality in basic terms presuming somebody is in Heaven is a sin. The Church desires some form of "data". the present Pope has made the factors to tutor miracles greater suitable not hassle-free than his predecessor. So on that -- I doubt the Brown Scapular is the golden value tag to Heaven -- as each and every physique unclean won't enter. it extremely is obtrusive.

The logic behind the scapular is a lot like the logic behind military dog tags.
You wear them. You walk the walk and talk the talk, and if you get killed in action, your buddies make sure you get home.

No it was an old belief that you would get special indulgences when you die such as no pain in death, but Catholics now know it was just an old school belief that isn't true but some carry on with the tradition and still wear it around their neck because of the spiritual connection they feel when thinking about its history

It must be Blessed for that purpose and yes, the Blessed Mother has said that if you are a practicing Catholic you are assured of Heaven wearing it. People have tried to wear it without adhering to the Faith and they have started itching and had to remove it or else they have had other things that have happened so they did not receive what they thought they would have. I heard a story of a woman who thought she could get away with wearing one and still do all kinds of things and still go to Heaven because of the Blessed Mother's promise but, she got into a car accident and when the Hospital took it off of her for surgery she died as soon as it was off meaning she did not go to Heaven
Unlike so many other people here, I for one, prefer to believe the Blessed Mother's promise
