ok, some problems I've been having lately... (around 4months).
1, Cant sleep
2, Toilet problems go for the toilet nothing comes out :S
3, When something comes out contains loads of blood in my waste. (Dump)
4, Depression
5, Going off food choices (sticking to one type of meal everyday)
6, Tired all the time apart when i want to sleep.
7, Can't focus on things
8, Headaches
9, Body and muscle aches
10, I don't feel like myself

If you truly have "loads of blood" in your stool, you need to go to an emergency room. You could have Cron's disease or even something more easily controlled like celiac disease. Your hemoglobin could be very low from the bleeding, which would cause headaches, etc..
You've waited long enough....go to a doctor asap.

You need to see a doctor immediately. If you've got blood in your stool (waste), you need to be evaluated by a doctor as soon as possible. You probably have a very serious condition, anything from ulcerative colitis to cancer.

a trip to the doc is in order. much of your list can be tied to the blood in your stool which in itself is very dangerous. do not delay.
