There is no external puncuation for a restrictive clause - that is, the clause is NOT set off by a comma or commas. A long restrictive clause may have its own internal puncuation (parenthetical expressions, nonrestrictive clauses within the restrictive clause, etc.), but it is not separated from the rest of the sentence.
