We are moving into a new house. I have selected dark brown cabinets, beige countertops and a browny beige ceramic tile. I also want to put a mirrorred backsplash. Not sure if I should go with a copper or plain mirrored backsplash. Do you think the kitchen colours will look nice together or boring?

The copper will look better, it has a warmer tone to it that will work with the browns and beige, otherwise the regular mirror will have a cooler look.

I would have to say though that with my experience in the industry I would suggest not using mirror for the backspalsh for a couple of reason, one, it is easy to break, you know over a pot, or something gets shoved up against it it will crack. Two, it will be the biggest pain to keep clean, with all the grease and splatters that kitchen create you will be constantly windexing your backsplash.

Tile looks really beautiful and if you get something with the same cream or beige tone as your floor it will work very nicely, especially if it has texture you don't notice very single little smudge.

We have those same colors in our kitchen. It can tend to look boring (and sometimes too dark), just make sure to add splashes of color with accessories and a great paint color. We have a chalkboard backsplash. I jot all sorts of things on it, then wipe it away after a while. I like the copper idea though.

My spouse and that i are purely wrapping up a 2 month kitchen redesign. we've a ten x 10 kitchen. It had a dropped ceiling that we raised to eight '. considering your kitchen is a small area like ours, i could advise a easy shade palate to maintain it feeling roomier. the two the woods you're thinking of incorporate lighter in tone yet i could flow with o.ok.because of fact it extremely is lightest. verify you go with a easy end no rely which timber. The cork could be effective even though it extremely is extremely dark. We went with a easy Italian porcelin tile. sturdy success.

I like your choices because they are all neutral and earthy. You can add red or orange accents to spice it up.
