Can I or should I negotiate a lease termination?

if the dealer damaged it they will have to fix it back,but i don't think id settle for that ,you had a good truck to start with now its damaged,id have them replace it,that only fair,since they did they damage let them deal with the loss on it,i would negotiate different terms with them on this one,good luck with it.

If the dealer damaged the truck, then his insurance will have to restore it to original condition before the damage. He may choose to offer you a replacement and fix it up with the leasing branch. If there is any dispute as to the nature of the damage and who caused what, then you are in for a long haul, during which time, you have to keep up the lease payments.

No. If you can prove the dealer damage dthe truck they're responsible for repairing it. It's not grounds for termination as the leasing company doesn't care.

Best make sure in writing that you will not be held responsible at the end of your contract for any deduction as of the damage to the truck as it's least to you not the dealer.Maybe get a new tr and have no drama later.YES
