If he feels that something is wrong, YES.

Do not listen to the politically correct pansies here. They would sell our country up river in the interests of globalization.

Your friend could call the FBI, tell them there is something uneasy and why he feels so. There have been instances where a "gut feeling" has saved lives.

If you friend is a complete racist and his feelings are baseless the FBI will figure that out and that'll be it. If not you might save some lives.

May be they can 'assimilate' better if people look at them like human being and not bunch of terrorists. Hard to make friends in such a hostile environment.

Well, technically under the U.S. Constitution they're doing nothing wrong. (Even though if they practice their religion they are basically preaching hate about Christians and America.) I wouldn't worry until they start marching up and down the street yelling "Allah" with machine guns or something...

In such a hostile environment is it any wonder they keep to themselves? He can't report someone for the clothes they wear.

Not until they do wrong. How would you feel if they reported you for only having white friends.

If their only crime is only associating with people like them leave them alone. Not every Muslim is a terrorist. I bet if they were Baptists who only associated with other Baptists he wouldn't be so "uneasy"!

What have they done?

See, the issue is going to be the police have nothing to investigate. "Gut feeling" isn't "probable cause".

Anyone who watches the news regularly knows that we are told repeatedly to report any suspicious behavior. Having Muslim neighbors would be suspicious to me. Nothing will happen as a result of the report, except that law enforcement will now know something that they might need to know. Many potential suicide bombers have been prevented from carrying out their murderous intentions because concerned neighbors reported them for "suspicious behavior". All terrorists don't dress like terrorists. Remember the London bombings? Those young men dressed to blend in.

I say: "yes. . . report them."
