There are support groups for kids for parents who drink.
You don't have to enable them by serving them food or picking up after them.
In a perfect word parents would be there for their kids and not use drugs or alcohol some parents have problems, the trick is to get the help you need so you can grow up and be OK.
Ask to speak to a counselor at school, talk to a trusted family member, speak to them when they are sober about your feelings.

sounds like a serious situation, a cry for help -- would recommend Al-Anon, for 1 thing: relatives of alcoholic(s); if this as described, should be taken seriously, & kris55 showing himself to be apathetic & an ignoramus. computer &c paid for or not -- doesn't excuse a drunken lifestyle; if for real, the asker not just a complainer; and most of all, No, there are many people, relatively well-off, (& asker SAYS in effect 'they OK in daytime') who in down-time get wasted -- in comfort of their own livingrooms & bathrooms, not in alleys; kris55 ignorant of nature of alcoholism. anyway -- situation in question: don't take abuse, don't become a slave -- & if drunken behavior actually hurts you physically, can go authorities -- true, hard to find exactly who can best help you -- but stay tough, and distance yourself from a bad scene. good luck.

wow it pisses me off the answers people are giving you. my best friend is in a similar situation so i know how you feel. you need to try and tell them how much it frightens you one last time and if they dont understand next time it happens you should really go to a family member or friend's house. someone who you feel comfortable with. i know you probably dont want to but you need to tell someone and try and get them some help. its not healthy to be in that situation. dont worry about what they might think you just need to do whats best for you.

the best thing you could do, is get them some help. call somebody... maybe they could start making dates to attend A-A meetings.... if they are that drunk, and you have to serve them food, just don't feed them. let them take care of their own mess.... you shouldn't have to be the adult in this situation.... your parents are supposed to be the adult. be good role models and what not..... talk to someone you feel close with... and get their opinion on what to do.... i'm not sure of alot of things, but i am sure that your mind, body, and soul, do not need to be dealing with this stuff.... i would talk w/ anyone. call the police station... not 911, and ask them their opinion, or if they know anyone you can get in touch w/ for help. maybe look for crisis hotline #'s in ur area.... they always have data, and information to get you on the right track. i wouldn't wait any longer.... please take care of yourself.... and let your parents deal w/ their own misery. best of luck to you, and take a deep breath.

here is what you can do.
keep sitting on the computer, that they paid for, in the home that they provide and eat the food that they provide. while you are on THEIR computer you can complain all night long until they sober up!
personally i think you are a complainer and are making more of the situation than what is actually true.
the kind of drunks you are describing do not own computers, they spend all their money on booze and live in alley ways.

wait until they are sober and talk to them. tell them they need help and you want to support them but that you are no longer going to feed them when they r drunk.
