You're presuming he ever lived in the bilical context and isn't just a construct of a religion. Jesus was one of the most common names 2000 years ago, so there are lots of dead Jesus' that have been dead for a long time now, and even 4 or 5 that show up in the Roman records of the time - but none that fit the biblical Jesus since none of them had any significant stature or confronted the Jewish heirarchy.

Your gonna make me do math? Okay it is the year 2007, and Jesus was born in 6 AD. He lived to around 35 years old, so he would have been alive until 41 AD. I say the answer is he has been dead for 1961 years

The man Jesus died on the cross so long ago and came back into incarnation as a great teacher . He is now a Master of Wisdom and living in a Syrian body that is some 960 years old. At this time he is now living in Rome working with his teacher who's name is Maitreya.He will declare this fact very soon now as we enter the new age.

I'm afraid I don't quite understand the question, as Jesus was only dead for a period of three days after which point he was reserected and taken into heaven alive. So I guess three days would be the answer to your question. However if you were looking for something more along the lines of two thousand years or so, I'm afraid you're going to be disapointed.

Jesus was in the grave for 3 days but even during that time he wasnt STONE COLD DEAD. He was taking care of business down in hell----putting the devil in his place and taking the keys from him. Read your bible.
