after i go for my run... usually no less than 10km... im not tired at all, my chest feels fine, my breathing is under control, but after a few mins out of the blue i get this stinging pain in my abdomen... its not a stitch n it only lasts a few seconds... its just weird n i was just wonderin... anyone know wat it is n why it happens?

It sounds like the muscle is being over used. Dehydration can cause severe pain in the muscles. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day. Realize that exercise, ambient temperature, and state of health affect the water needs of your body. One tip for athletes: it is healthier to drink a sports drink or water than fruit juice, soda, coffee, or milk during competition or active training periods.

I got that as well, only occasionly, I think the breathing tachnique is incorrect or i rushed my meal.
