My favorite dinner is one that I don't have to cook!! :-)
Actually, I really like chicken tenderloins that have been coated with a mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and sliced almonds and fried, served with a rice pilaf, peas, and a nice roll. I have to make this for myself. I haven't found it in a restaurant yet.

MMM, that's a tough one. I'd have to say that one of my favorite food combos as far as taste is (and it's so easy to make) is baked chicken (seasoned with rosemary, garlic, cayenne & pepper), spinach & white rice. Don't know why, but I love it!

Either that or a bison rib-eye w/ some steamed veggies or potato (baked in squares) topped w/ olive oil, rosemary (love rosemary) & garlic salt.

Mine consists of things that normal people wouldn't eat alongside each other.

Orange chicken, fried rice, salad, cinnamon-orange rolls, garlic bread, barbecued shrimp, and blueberry cheesecake.
