I'm going on a 12 hour drive tomorrow and I sometimes get car sick. Not really sick just queasy but I feel like I can't eat anything so I was wondering if anyone has an good foods or drinks that will not make me more queasy. Normally I just eat like fruit snacks and Deviled eggs (love them!) but I was hoping for some other suggestions..
Thanks!

I will be reading most of the drive but that not what makes me queasy. And I can't really stare at the horizon because my brother is sitting in the front I have to be in the back.

Try some crackers and veggie sticks like carrots, celery and zucchini. Brings some mints as they will help keep your stomach from feeling queasy.

crackers, sip on water, mini sanwiches.
I usually feel like that if I try looking at maps or
reading.but when I just look out the window
I do fine.plus it gives me a good reason to
drive I never feel ill when I drive.

We work in the Gulf of Mexico and on long boat rides we always have saltine crackers and water.
