this indeed sounds like stress, depression or something else is wrong. but also sounds like some skin type problem.
dont worry i have all of the above^ well cept the hip thing but yea dont worry about it.

so i will say go see the doctor and see if he can help.
im sure he can get you somethin that will help, keep a list of everything that is bothering you like the list you have put here^

i personally would recommend Omega 3,6,9.. this can help with the mind and concentration, it also helps bone joints, gives you strength and will help your skin. it is full of vitamins and fatty acids, all this will help your body to work more efficiently.

i know omega wont be enough so yea i would say see the doctor too and see what he says about the problems your having.
good luck :)

Yes you are sick it might not be something to be that worried about though. You might have a.d.d for your stuttering and poor concentration. Your elbow might have some sort of parasite or something in it thats making dry and dark (might) your hip could be fractured or just weak and i don't know what to tell you about the hair. My advice now is that you go the a doctor and tell him those symptoms and see where that goes

Yes, stress can have all sorts of crazy outcomes on peoples physical health. I have a pain on my hip bone too, and it always coincides with when I am really stressed out, particurally when I am breaking up with my bf :(.

Please note that stress levels are related to quality and length of life. I have found that counsiling works for me when I actually go. Medications for my physical ailments do nothing b/c they do not get to the real issue--stress. Please, please try and talk to someone about your depression, and in due time your phyical health will improve. Perhaps try yoga or pilates, or any exercise for that matter to boost your endorphins and help boost your self-esteem.

No matter what, please understand you are not alone, and that there are several resources out there for you. Please do not suffer alone anymore. You deserve happiness, and believe me, you are capable of achieving it.
