Certainly.
Read Revelations 12 and 13, and pay particular attention where it speaks of 'the earth', 'lamb-like beast'. Note especially 12: 6,14,16 and 13: 11.
The Books of Daniel and Revelations are among the most difficult to understand. But they can be understood if the Bible is allowed to interpret history as far as God's chosen people are concerned.
Relate the persecution of Christians by the Church and to which country they fled. Find out what General Berthier did to to the Pope in 1798. And the lamb-like beast that protected the down-trodden; is it now speaking like a dragon?
This is an extremely involved question.
I see that the most of the others who responded seem not to have known that the United States ARE mentioned in the Bible, though not by name.

History lesson -
In 14 hundred and 92
Columbus sailed the Ocean Blue.
That's about 1400 years after the last book of the Bible was written. And 1492 isn't even when America really started. So...

Maybe... But it does not mention Hungary also or England nor the Great Falls... not even the Himalaya. Well, I guess then Bible is not a Geography book not even zoo book because it does not describe dinosaurs either and not even life on the moon. Oh, wait, there is no life on the moon!
But seams New Mexico heard of the Ten Commandments somehow.

No, not by name. But by implication. The United States and Great Britain are the King of the South. The details for this is very lengthy and I won't go into them here.

The united states is the stone kingdom spoken of in Daniel. The United States and great Britain are the true house of David,or the so called lost tribes. The true israelites are not in Israel today.

There are those who believe that they are and that a prophecy was made concerning it. I have a book or two here that explains it. If you are really interested email me and I will hunt it up and tell you where you can get one.
