Are you 21? Because I think the sweetest thing would be to take her out and order a bottle of wine/champagne or let her order her 1st legal drink. Also, just do something that she likes. And just let her now how much you appreciate her. Simple as that.

you should take her out to dinner at a nice place. buy her jewelry that always works. then spend a quite romantic evening alone with her.
