She always does this kind of stuff. When we first met she was asking around on whether I had a gf or not. And she gets suspicious, or maybe jealous, when she thinks I might like somebody. She has a bf in an on again off again relationship. I use to like her but I could never do anything about it and now I'm trying my best to move on. I just don't get what she's doing. We're just friends now.

Or at least she is looking for more than that. This is why she is so curious. She may be dating others, but she is killing time waiting for you.

She likes you but doesn't seem to be willing to do anything about it. In case you're contemplating a relationship, keep in mind her behavior. It may not be a ride you want to get on.

sounds like she likes you and may want to be with you. SHe could be confused about the situation because of the current bf. you may want to sit down and talk to her. She may not know how you feel.
