Oh boy - lol if you find out let me know. I have no idea why the thighs are such an evil area for women but I certainly have struggled with that.

Well we all have a individual shape you may be shaped like me big hips and thighs nothing else. I do thigh exercises. stand straight then squat lower then you would if you were about to sit try 25 the first day then increase it each addition day. That helped me tighten my thighs although I am still very shapely. I did loose about an inch off of each thigh in about 4 weeks. good luck

Estrogen sensitive areas of fat deposit include the thighs and the upper arms. The only way to improve it is with overall weight loss, but often those estrogen sensitive areas still are jiggly. That is where liposuction comes in, LOL.

Do squats, they work for me and i have wide hips and big thighs, i heard u store more fat in the but and thighs after u have kids. Hope this helps :)

If your not happy with your theighs today, tomorrow it will be your arms are to fat or hairy. Obsessions are paticular to women, its been sold to them like bread. Better to be a man, if your basing your happiness on your theighs.It seems like Susan Summers made a fortune with her theigh work out machine. Shes alot of whooy----but it took her to the bank!

exerise walking is great AND stay away from foods hi in fats
