make chocolate chip pancakes. We use bisquik and follow the pancake recipe on the box but add in the chocolate chips; if you happen to have any chocolate syrup, well, go ahead and add that in also. You can chop up the walnuts and toss them in but I would leave out the peanuts. Very rich but oh so good, especially served nice and warm with a glass of milk. I don't even add regular syrup to the top just a little butter. These freeze well and my son loves them warmed up the next morning and they taste just as good as the day you made them.

Make chocolate fondue. Melt your chocolate chips with about 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream and 2 tsp. vanilla extract. If the mixture is too thick then add a few more tablespoons whipping cream until desired consistency is reached. Take store bought pound cake, strawberries, marshmallows, cookies, bananas, cubed cheesecake, cubed brownies, pretzels and other fresh and dried fruits and dip to your delight. This makes a great dessert and there's something for everyone to enjoy.

I would suggest cutting the recipe in half or just using the recipe and the cookies would have less chocolate chips. f you could find a bar of dark chocolate at a corner store near you you could just shop it up and use that. Or apply the 3 second rule, dust them off, and use them anyway. LOL

Everyone said cookies but I would buy some chocolate ice cream and make some shakes or splits. That sounds so good right now.
