Tattoo artists do not work on skin that is not intact. Depending on the severity of the eczema, it is unlikely anyone will tattoo in those areas. Get the area cleared up that you want tattooed for at least six weeks and give it a shot.

Yes u can, i have eczema and im up to 5 tattoos now, the only thing is that if u have used steroids in the past they can thin ur skin which can recude ur chances of having a tattoo there.
ask ur tattooist for advice before though, my tattooist said i can have as many as i want.

Call a reputable tattoo salon and ask. Careful though, there are places that want your money and will tell you anything to get it.

Yes, you can.... as long as you go to a reputible tattoo artist... GO INTO THE SHOP... don't just call them... ask to see portfolios, and ask your artist. Any repitible artist can help you.
