Unfortunately, theres no 'magic bullet'....I have used registry mechanic - it solved a couple of things but can cause problems too.... the best thing you can do if your having problems is to back your files up on a thumb drive - export all of your e-mails and addresses and reinstall from scratch....techs usually reinstall once a year or so anyway.....
