And would you call it to his face, If you were faced with him in all his glory?

I think the real question is, what if God was one of us? I mean, I'm kind of a slob...what if he was just a slob like one of us?

Hello and God has several names in John 8:58 Jesus is called The I AM of Exodus 3, Moses and the burning bush, in Heberws 1:5-9 The Father Himself address Him as God, in John 1 Jesus is called the creater, in this text these names apply to the Christ to come but also the Father Himself these names are interchangable within The Godhead Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. The best name He wants you to call Him you can find in Mark 14:36 Jesus address The Father as ABBA which means papa or daddy, also Lord and God, find out more free bible lessons www.itiswritten.com God bless.

The Tetragrammaton (or the consonants of God's name) is found nearly 7,000 times in the Hebrew scriptures and is rendered as YHWH. The Hebrew language did not use vowels so scholars used the associated "vowel points" which determined the Name to be "Yahweh" as used in the Hebrew language.

The English form of the Name "Yahweh" is Jehovah.

"God" and "Lord" are just titles, not names.

Deuteronomy 32:3 talks about God's name being declared. Ps. 91:14 says that God will protect those who come to know His name. Also, Jesus (the model for christians) made God's name known when he was on earth. (John 17:26)

So because of the above, I would call him by His name "Jehovah".

God Willing if I meet God I will be able to ask more than one question because I have too many!

I've always thought that calling your god, "God" was like calling your dog, "Dog". That's probably why so many people like to worship Jesus. At least that's a proper name.

And since there is no evidence of any gods, no reason any gods should exist, and not even a good definition of what a god is, I have no idea what one would be like if it existed. Therefore, I don't know how I would react towards it.

God's name( in the Hebrew scriptures is Elohim and Jehovah ( more correctly- Yahweh ). I certainly would call Him Jehovah, Yahweh. Some day, I will have an eternity to ask Him tons of things !

"I AM"

And its the best definition of Him we have because for God there is no time. He is the eternal "I AM"

There is nothing He does not know.

Nothing He can not do.

Worried you arent strong enough? Smart enough?

"I AM"

God bless you to lend some Faith to the Lord and let Him open doors you did not even know were there.

God does have a name and it is I Am. Moses asked God when I go tell the Israelites who sent me who do I say, and God said tell them I Am sent you. So the only conclusion is that his name is I Am and it's Yahweh in Hebrew.
