hayes 9 brakes with avid levers?

i was wondering if you can put avid carbon or juicy levers on instead of the 9 levers. i have small hands so it is hard to hang on to the bike and ride at the same time

would not recommend it but i think it's possible

I'm not sure, but I don't think so. You would need to find which kind of oil goes into each one. Also, I don't know if you could buy the levels singly.
