there's this guy in my dorm. he's a total a$$. he has messed w/ my computer several times, never ruined it though. He's shot me with his airsoft gun and constantly treats me like $hit. i have done nothing to deserve this. if i don't like you, you leave me alone and i'll leave you alone. i consider that to be a good policy. he constantly goes out of his way to set me off. i decided if he lives in the same dorm again and shoots me i'll call the police. and if he messes w/ my computer again i'll dump acid on his 2005 mustang. (I'm a chem minor, so I got connections.) don't bother telling me to ignore him and it'll go away. it doesn't. my parents told me that since grade school and i got tired of listening to them and finally beat the guy up. now we're friends. I can't beat him up cuz I could go to jail, however if he hits me first i can press charges for assault and he won't be allowed within 500 yards of me. what is the best way to deal with this a$$hole?

Sounds like your way is the best. But in all fairness warn him. Let him know, you don't find him amusing and he is p*ssing you off and you will get back. That way you are giving him a chance to knock off his sophomoric behavior. What a freakin idiot!! He is just like an ignorant bully. All of my kids have dealt with bullies. We never tell our kids to ignore it. We try that a couple of times and if its not better, they have permission to let loose. Every one of my kids has beat the crap out of someone like that. My daughter was suspended for it. Tough. I don't believe that my kids should have to take anyones crap. I have called parents and schools and noone wants to step in. Noone makes their kids accountable for sh*t behavior. Clearly this moron you are dealing with was never held accountable. He also sounds jealous of you for some reason. Maybe you smarter, or better looking or whatever the case may be. He is an *** and you need to handle it. I agree with you 100%

Are you the only person he targets? How is he getting near your computer? Don't you lock your dorm room?
I can see that you're really angry but be careful. You don't want to do something that gets you expelled or sent to jail. Who is responsible for controlling chaos in the dorm? Have you talked to this person? Or this person's boss?
Brainstorm some really irritating stunts that are legal. Can you rig a water bucket over his door? Can you mess with his stuff? Can you find and break the nerf gun?
To go a little further, shaving cream his windows of his beloved car. If it's not locked, you can fill it up with newspapers, wadded up. You can fill his dorm room with newspapers or balloons.
The next time he aims the nerf gun at you, throw a water balloon at him. Make sure you get his groin so everyone thinks...
I could go on forever, but maybe you could get some of your friends to help you...
Have fun, don't hurt anybody, and beat the bully.

You know what? Ask him what it would take for him to be out of your face. Just calmly tell him that he makes you sick and he needs to find a good friend to spend his time with. Don't go with the acid thing as you will ruin your own life once you are busted.
