dog with misbehavioral problems please i need help?

OK so my neighbor has this ennoying little poodle mix that barks up a storm every time u come to the door and pees and poops all over the house I have tried some of the dog wisperers teqniques but it does not work and it is to much for a trainer any tips???

Really i your dog is aggressive you should not handle him/her on your own... You should get some professional help. You can try to contact Cesar Milan on channel 47. He is real miracle worker

You do not make any sense. Who's dog is it, yours or your neighbors? I have one great tip. You should not have dropped out of school before you learned how to communicate.
