Kim I wonder if you understand the division of the executive and legislative branches of the government. I really hate to answer a question with a question but I wonder how you feel the constitution is being shredded or more likely it's something you overheard or saw on TV. Probably stated by someone who cannot tell you the first 3 words of the preamble. Which is also the answer to your question. WE THE PEOPLE. I don't believe it is being shredded. But if that's your opinion then there's your answer. Vote and do something about it.

Take a quick trip to Walter Reed Army Hospital. T hen go over to Bethesda Naval Hospital and take a look at the cowards are country has produced.

Do you spend most of your time reading left wing blogs or trying to figure out how to get out of the mess we are in.

And no, I don't support the war in Iraq and I am not a coward.

Well we all took an oath to protect and defend the constitution and to serve to the president. So if you think that you can call people a coward is you . You call people that wears the uniform who some of them dont like going to the war but they still performed their duties and gave their lives . YOU dont have the balls to go there and do something so i guess that makes you a coward right!!!!

The Military has no bearing on what the president does. They can not storm the white house and take over. Unless you'd like to live under Martial Law.

And the Constitution is still in one piece.

Wow, yeah, we should encourage a military coup over a freaking BLOG!! Why don' t you just use "The Onion" for your facts. I can find blogs that will say anything I want them too.

You're an idiot. I don't believe that the US Constitution is being shreaded, and, most likely, the guys who are enlisting, reenlisting, and commissioning don't either.
