If god is god, why does he need me to glorify him? And doesn't that make my life nothing more than a pawn to boost his inflated ego? Not a very worthwhile life, if you ask me. They also told me that when I die I will be so wrapped up in him that I won't care where my children are or what happens to them. There is NOTHING that will ever come between me and my children, not even god. Yeah, I will get to live with him forever, but I don't want to spend my whole eternity trying to make someone else happy.
