dude, that thing can't possibly protect from a branch, the branch would just go right in between all the big holes in it.

Brush guards are available from Ranch Hand bumpers and other aftermarket supplys. Check JC Whitney and tractor supply

It's called a brush/grill gaurd. It just helps the vehicle from bushes, braches and stuff that might damage the front.
