Okay, no one washes their hands every single time after they use the bathroom, I get that. But don't you think it's disgusting and rude when you're in public bathroom and you're standing there while someone comes out of a stall, maybe even looks at the sinks, or at you, and just leaves? If you come out of the stall and there are people there, the least you can do is wash your hands. Does anyone else think it's stupid of people not to wash their hands at least when people are around, who are watching them not wash the disgusting germs off of their hands?

Actually, those people shouldn't be worried about what other people think about them not washing their hands. They should be worried about the multitude of germs on their hands from the toilet and flusher. One way to prevent illness and disease is for everyone to wash their hands or use a sanitizer everytime they use the restroom (preferably washing before meals).

It's disgusting when people don't wash their hands after going to the bathroom. At my work I use a paper towel to open the exit door because a lot of people aren't washing their hands and I don't want their germs on my clean, washed hands.

I agree that washing your hands after using the bathroom is just good hygiene. However, did you know you actually can get more germs off the door handle than anything? Also, have you considered that before you actually wash your hands, you usually turn the water on first, so your germs and everybody Elses is on the water spigot. Knowing this, even after you have washed your hands, you are basically getting more germs on them. Makes you think doesn't it??

I am so with you, girlfriend!! When I'm washing my hands, and I see a woman exit a stall and walk right behind me and leave the bathroom, I have to wash my hands twice as long. It takes a lot to gross me out, but that is REALLY disgusting!! And like you said, especially if she looks me in the eye in the mirror. I wonder what is going on in her mind?!! Great question!! One star for you , my dear!! :) lol Thanks for the laugh ! My cats are giving me strange looks.

People that don't wash their hands is the reason why I always use a piece of paper towel to grasp the door handle on the way out after I wash my hands. Imagine what's on the handle of that door? Gross!!

Yeah, that weirds me out when people don't wash their hands in public. If it's not something you normally do, washing your hands that ONE time is probably a really good idea. :) You're absolutely right- it's just common courtesy (but not common enough).

Yes that's stupid. It's also stupid to not wash at home. Sometimes I'll be in my room, and someone will boldly go in the bathroom right by my room, and all I hear is a toilet flush and no water running, even if they claim to have washed. They're bolder than bold about going though. It's MUCH better to be bold about washing and shy about going.
Whoever is bold about toilet using should walk around naked and die a slow, painful death!

I always wash my hands in a public restroom. But some people just don;t care. I would not worry about it. But of course if its in a restaurant and you see an employee do that report to the manager ASAP

If it particularly is something that bothers then you definately you somewhat've each suited. I mean you do have a factor once you tell him that given it particularly is a point of courtesy. yet... if he has been doing it a collectively as and it afflicted you, you've gotten informed him approximately it while it began on condition that must be the clarification he's telling you the flaws he's telling you. he's in all probability thinking why you merely began announcing all of it of a sudden.
