Everybody is a sinner and bound to be roasted eternally in hell.
We all inherited the infinite sin that was done by Adam and Eve
by disobeying Jesus. They ate an apple. So, we can't be self-righteous and whatever good we do in our life--that
is nothing compared to our inherited sin. Jesus is so Holy
that He can't accept sin of the size of a mustard sid. Infact
a sin is a sin--either you masterbate,steal a pencil or brutally
murder somebody. You will go to hell for anyone of them+
your inherited sin. Unbaptized babies will burn to hell also.
You are bound to go to hell.
BUT THERE IS A WAY TO BE SAVED FROM JESUS'
TERRIBLE WRATH!!!!
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

All sins are forgiven by Lord Jesus' blood. Aftar you are baptized--
your future sins forgiven too. If you are not a Christian you go to hell even you commit no sin--you are not free from the inherited sin.

Why don't religionists use the "Check Spelling" feature?

Anyway, nothing new here. You'll need to try harder. I'm still not impressed.

And, calling me "dumb" doesn't help your case. Verbal abuse is the last resort of a limited intellect.

Hey Bibleman the Great, while you are busy giving Christians a bad name and perpetuating the Bible-thumping hell-fire and brimstone fanatic image, maybe you could read your Bible a little between sermons?

David clearly states that he will join his dead baby son - in heaven. Unbaptized babies do not go to hell.

And why on earth would you tell people they go to hell even if they commit no sin? Everyone sins - except Jesus.

And speaking of Jesus, (this is where the whole reading your Bible thing comes in handy, you should try it) He never called people names. He loved them, He told them the truth, but He never called them "dumb."

Basically, you are doing more harm than good with messages like these. They are a magnet for people who have already been hurt by people like you, and you only reinforce their image of Bible-thumping hate mongers. Way to go, Bibleman.

Try letting your life be an example to others instead of wasting time starting arguments on Yahoo Answers.

In Christianity, it was the tradition for 90% of its existance to believe that only God can decide who he elects for salvation, thus admission to heaven. No outward commitment can change that, it wasn't up to the individual to be saved by Jesus! Even Martin Luther didn't know if he was elected for salvation or not. Many people were anxious about death because they believed that even Christians who loved Jesus and were pious could be destined for Hell. Up until 200 years ago, the only question about predestination was if it happened before or after the Fall.

Anyway, there are millions and millions of "dumb" people that died before Christianity became popular, and there are many people who have never heard of it today. Also, people reject it on their own because they have their own religious beliefs. They also have the good manners not to call everyone outside of those religious beliefs "dumb!"

Are you crazy? This is the dumbest question I have ever seen. What about all the souls that have never heard of Christianity? God is love and forgiveness. Not threats of eternal hell.
Fear mongering is not a great way to promote a belief system.
Try to be more Christ like and less of an institutional mouthpiece. Live love and be great to other people.

Because Eve was framed.

To accept the idea of original sin is to deny the greatest gift ever given to us--the ability to choose our path. That was the true fruit of the tree, the knowledge of what is evil and what is good.

Without that knowledge, we are only monkeys in a garden. All instinct, no brain, incapable of anything outside of the programming of our genes.

But we can choose, and that is a gift given only to us, and as such it is our responsibility to choose to be good.

We carry only the evil we commit. We do not need anyone to "free us."

We have everlasting life already, the promise of peace and rest at the end of this incarnation and the chance to do it all again in this world.

Jesus was a great man, and a wonderful teacher. But my soul, is my own.

As a Christian I have to ask you

1, How do you expect anyone to EVER see the love of Christ when you're hurling abuse and threats at them?

2, Work on your theology because the vitriol and hatred you are spouting is contrary to the message of Jesus.

You have twisted scriptural ideas and turned a message of open invitations and unconditional love into one of threats, hatred and condemnation.

Maybe your intention are good but I ask you please, before you post again, take some time, read the gospels, spend some time in earnest and honest prayer.

You are in danger of pushing genuine seekers away. Please do not take this as an attack on you. Proverbs tells us to listen to counsel, I have seen too many people turned away by misguided rants like yours to sit back and be silent.

The core of Jesus' message is love (read 1 Corinthians 13).

Anyone who has questions please feel free to mail me. I don't get involved here much because I see far more hate filled vitriol from both sides than people genuinely seeking answers and hope. i see little value in joining the mud slinging but I am more than happy to discuss my faith and engage in intelligent, respectful dialogue and debate with anyone, Christian, atheist, agnostic and other faiths. I love Jesus and I believe his message is one of love.

Blessings all
T

Perhaps if there were a few less people like you in the world, we'd be a little more willing to listen to your argument. Instead, you feel the need to insult and ridicule people's beliefs. How is that making "jesus's gift" something great to accept if I have to spend eternity with people like you?
