In GA I am not sure, but I don't know why it would be any different than AR.. here the legal age WITH parent consent is 14...
so I'm sure they will.. but be sure you actually research the place you plan on going to..learn EVERYTHING BEFORE you go!!!

You need to contact the place that you are going to go to. Some places will do it and some will not. But what is important is wherever you go make sure that they use starile needles and the place is cleen. If you get a weird feeling going in leave. I have mine done and I have had it for 5 years, if you clean it proper;y and take care of it you shouln't have any problems. But a word if advice is most people take it out after a year or so, I did but mine never closed. they get annoying in your mouth.

Wow, I think Georgia may be the only state left where piercing your tongue is remotely still cool. Hey, 1995 called they want their lame fad back.

i'm not 16, but when i got mine done i called around to local parlors and asked how much they charged.
you can ask the same, and about parental permission too.
also ask around to see which parlor is recommened. you don't wanna pick a skeezy place and get an infection.
remember to follow their instructions too. they should give you a copy of written instructions.
and sterilize your jewlery b4 changing it out.

Why don't you just not pierce it? Then you won't have a problem. Plus a tongue piercing is really disgusting.

If your father is present and signs to allow you to do so then yes, you can get it pierced.
