I've seen 2 kinds of three wheelers before. About a half a year ago, I saw an actual car that had 3 wheels and really didn't look to "car like". Then I've seen 3 wheeled motorcycles everywhere (I think they're becoming more popular) which is what I think you're talking about. You can find those probably somewhere. If you actually mean like the 3 wheeled car, then I have no idea where to find those, or where that person I saw got his.
