Hi!

Go to Petfinder and this will give you a good start. You can access many shelters in each province in Canada, or state in the US. Even though this is a site to find a particular animal, you can enter laval, qc to pop up animals and there will be a link to their shelters.

The second link I have given you should take you to a page with other Canadian shelters near you. There is also a feline rescue in Laval. This is the third link.
Finally (4th link), here is the pets.ca forum where you can ask other participants for contact information. Pets.ca..obviously is a Canadian pet forum. Lots of people visit here so this would be a good place to ask your question.
